Program |
| 1.1 |
Bintang Program is operated and managed by BCRM. Registered members of the Program ('Members") are granted the privilege of being awarded Bintang point ("Points") by participating Companies. Members may then redeem those Points for merchandise and vouchers ("Rewards") from BCRM or specified counters at the outlets of Participating Companies. |

BCRM reserves the right to amen these Terms and Condition at any time without prior notice. |

| 2 |
Application For Membership |
| 2.1 |
To Become a member, you must apply to BCRM by completing, signing and returning the Program Application form ["Application"] together with required documents and a processing fee of RM 10.00 per application without assigning any reasons. |
| 2.2 |
Program Applications are open to all adults. |
| 2.3 |
Your membership will commence on the date when Bintang Card ["Card"] is issued to you. Use of Your Card constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Condition in Force at the time Use. |
| 2.4 |
If a Member holds more than one Card [irrespective of a principal or supplementary Card], BCRM has sole discretion to validate only one Card and cancel all other Cards in which event all accumulated Points of the Cancelled Cards shall be deemed void and irredeemable for Rewards. |
| 2.5 |
The valid accumulated Points maybe used to redeem Rewards only in accordance with the terms and Condition of the program as set out herein. |

| 3 |
Cards |
| 3.1 |
Upon approval the application, BCRM will issue the Member with a Card and open an account in the BCRM's record. |
| 3.2 |
Members shall forthwith inform BCRM any change of their personal particulars in the application. BCRM will not liable for any loss and inaccuracy of data or information or for any loss suffered by any Member due to failure of BCRM's recording system or for any other reason. |
| 3.3 |
A member may request Supplementary for their immediate family members subject to a maximum number of two [2] Supplementary Cards. The Supplementary maybe issued upon application with payment of a processing fee of RM5.00 only per card but subject to BCRM's verification. The supplementary Card shall expire or terminate on the same date as the Principal Card notwithstanding that the duration of the supplementary Card is less than one calendar year. All accumulated Points awarded in connection with such Supplementary Cards will be credited to the account of the principal Member. |
| 3.4 |
The card is a personal member identification card only. It is not a charge, credit, debit, cash, purchase, discount or ATM card. |
| 3.5 |
The Card is the sole and exclusive property of BCRM. BCRM may revoke and cancel the Card if the member fails to comply with any of the Terms and Condition. Upon revocation of the card or termination of membership for whatsoever reasons, the Supplemental Cards shall be revoked or cancelled simultaneously and all accumulated Points in the Member's account shall be cancelled and irredeemable for Rewards. |
| 3.6 |
Members shall immediately inform BCRM of lost or stolen cards at any BCRM's counters at the outlets of participating Companies. A replacement card may be reissued upon application and payment of a processing fee of RM5.00 but subject to BCRM's verification. |
| 3.7 |
The annual processing fees for renewal of the principal card and the Supplementary Cards are RM10.00 per card and RM5.00 per card respectively. |

Points |
| 4.1 |
The Points awarded by participating Companies will only be considered Points when BCRM receives notification of the issue of such Points and records in the Member's account. BCRM will not be responsible for the delay or failure of any participating Companies in giving notification to BCRM of the Points awarded to Members. |
| 4.2 |
All Points awarded shall be valid for period of twenty-four [24] months from the 1st day of the month immediately after the month of which the points are awarded and are strictly non transferable. |
| 4.3 |
The Points awarded to Member's maybe only be redeemed by the principal member and strictly non-transferable. |
| 4.4 |
Members may be awarded the Points by making purchases of good of qualifying amounts specified by the participating companies if you produce your card when making your purchase. |
| 4.5 |
For purchase of goods at the outlet belonging to the Bintang Group of Companies, Members will be awarded 1 Point for each RM1.00 spent. However, only 1 Points will be awarded for every RM2.00 purchase at the supermarket department, liquor and cigarette department and electrical department and electronic goods and appliance department. No Points shall be awarded for the following purchases:-
4.5.1 - goods for the tenants of Bintang Group Of Companies;
4.5.2 - goods tagged under "Best Buy";
4.5.3 - good under special promotion;
4.5.4 - repairs and service charges;
4.5.5 - gift vouchers; and
4.5.6 - any other goods excluded from time to time. |

In the case of refunds made by the participating Companies in respect of goods purchased by a member, the Points awarded in respect of such purchase will be deducted from the member's account with BCRM. |
| 4.7 |
BCRM reserves the right to adjust conditions under which Members will be awarded Points. |

| 5 |
Redemption of Points For Rewards |
| 5.1 |
Points are redeemable for rewards as set out in the BCRM's catalogue. |
| 5.2 |
When sufficient points have been accumulated to obtain a reward, the member may redeem rewards in accordance with the BCRM's catalogue terms. All rewards received may not be exchanged, revoked, or cancelled nor refunded. If a member accumulates less than 500 points with one (1) year, BCRM is not obliged to send any catalogue, newsletters, statements and any other communication materials to such member. |
| 5.3 |
Upon a member requesting the redemption of points for a reward, the relevant number of Points will be deducted from the Member's account. The balance of points in the member's account will continue to be valid and may be used to redeem further rewards.(Subject to Clause 4.2) |
| 5.4 |
All rewards are subject to availability of merchandise. |
| 5.5 |
Rewards are not returnable. |
| 5.6 |
BCRM is not liable for any delay or error in the detail of your account, including its accumulation of points. You must keep your account up to date. |
| 5.7 |
BCRM may refuse the redemption of any rewards if BCRM suspects the Points were fraudulently accumulated by you or wrongly recorded. |
| 5.8 |
BCRM may make changes on the redemption points and conditions in the BCRM's catalogue with prior notice |

| 6 |
Breach and Termination |
| 6.1 |
if: |
|
6.1.1 Upon expiry of your membership without approval of your application for renewal; or |
|
6.1.2 You fail to observe or comply with any of the terms and condition ( which includes any addiction or variation thereto);or |
|
6.1.3 No transaction in your account for consecutive ten (10) months; or |
|
6.1.4 BCRM suspects that you have engage in any fraudulent activities under the program; or |
|
6.1.5 BCRM or the participating companies suspects that you counterfeit credit card charges to purchase goods; or |
|
6.1.6 you have misrepresented to BCRM any information or fact; or |
|
6.1.7 BCRM suspects that your have abused any privilege under the program; or |
|
6.1.8 You have been declared a bankrupt BCRM may at its own discretion cancel your card and terminate membership without notice upon cancellation of the card or termination of membership, all accumulated points shall be become void and irredeemable for rewards. |
| 6.2 |
BCRM may terminate the program and issue notice to members of such termination. Notice of such will be sent to the member address as set out in BCRM's records. Members will have ninety (90) days from the date of such notice will be cancelled in this respect; clause 6.1 above will apply to such cancelled points. |
| 6.3 |
Membership in the program and all related benefits are offered at the sole discretion of BCRM |

Notice |
|
Any notice and communication pursuant to the terms and condition shall be sufficiently served to you by ordinary post to your mailing address according to BCRM's records and shall be deemed to have been delivered three (3) working days from the date of its posting. |
